Directions from the M4 motorway:
Exit the motorway at Junction 12 and follow the A4 in the direction of Reading.
Continue straight over 2 roundabouts, then pass the Calcot Hotel and turn left at the traffic lights (left hand lane).
Go up Langley Hill, past a speed camera, into Tilehurst and continue straight over several mini-roundabouts.
At the traffic light controlled crossroads (past the Co-op) continue forwards onto Kentwood Hill.
At the bottom, turn right onto Overdown Road, then at the roundabout turn Right onto A329 Oxford Road towards Reading.
Go straight over the Waitrose roundabout then take the first Left into Scours Lane (signposted Stadium Ind. Est.).
Pass under the Railway Bridge and bear left. You will find us in the boatyard on the left at the very end of the lane.

Directions from Oxford:
From the A34 Southern By-Pass road, follow signs for Reading A4074.
(Alternatively head towards Goring & Pangbourne on the A329, then follow directions above).
Stay on this road - Reading is well signposted throughout the route.
Pass through Woodcote village - A4074 / Church Road.
At the end of Church Road, turn right at the traffic lights onto Bridge Street; get into the right hand lane as you cross the bridge.
Turn right at the roundabout onto Richfield Avenue; pass under two Railway bridges then turn Right at the mini-roundabout onto Portman Road. Continue to the end then turn Right at the Shell Garage Roundabout.
After approx. 100 yards turn Right into Scours Lane (signposted Stadium Ind. Est.), pass under the Railway bridge then bear left and continue to the very end of the lane.
