The Perception Scooter is possibly the most successful Sit on Top kayak ever produced.
The Perception Scooter is suitable for all paddling abilities. You can take it out on the sea and surf the waves, explore coastlines or go for a paddle on the local canal. The Scooter paddles in a straight line easily due to the tracking channels on the hull. Adventurous paddlers will appreciate the Scooter's hull shape when playing and surfing in the waves.

The Scooter underwent some design changes in 2006 and Perception have further refined the package for 2008. The excellent hull design has remained with a 3rd specification being added. The standard 'Beach' model features a moulded seat area with drainage, moulded carry handles and rear storage with bungees. It is ideal for those looking for a simple, easy to paddle sit on top kayak which will be fun for the whole family. The new 'Comfort' model features small storage hatch with net bag and also a padded backrest. Finally, the updated deluxe 'Surf' model is also supplied with a hatch and backrest, plus leg straps for added paddling control and a paddle leash.
